Cleary Rated Best Place to Work for LGBT Equality by HRC Foundation

Cleary Gottlieb scored the top rating, a perfect 100 percent, on the Human Rights Campaign Foundation’s 2017 Corporate Equality Index, which rates LGBT equality in U.S. workplaces.

This recognition places Cleary among companies identified by the HRC as a “Best Place to Work for LGBT Equality.”

This is the third consecutive year that Cleary has received a 100 percent rating from the HRC. The ratings are formulated based on an assessment of the following criteria:

• Non-discrimination policies
• Employment benefits
• Demonstrated organizational competency and accountability around LGBT diversity and inclusion
• Public commitment to LGBT equality
• Responsible citizenship
