Cleary Gottlieb Wins IFLR Europe Awards 2022 ‘M&A Deal of the Year’

Cleary Gottlieb won “M&A Deal of the Year” at the IFLR Europe Awards 2022 for advising Euronext in its €4.4 billion acquisition of Borsa Italiana.

Additionally, IFLR recognized Cleary associate Dan Tierney as one of just three “Rising Stars of the Year - International Firms.”
