Cleary Gottlieb Team Named ‘Litigators of the Week’ Finalists for Grupo Posadas Bankruptcy

Cleary Gottlieb partners Richard Cooper, Jorge Juantorena, and Jane VanLare; senior attorney Carina Wallance; and associates Hoori Kim, Jessica Repond, and Michael Weinberg were selected as “Litigators of the Week” finalists by The American Lawyer’s Litigation Daily.

The team successfully received approval on the “prepackaged” restructuring plan of Grupo Posadas, a hotel operator that owns, leases, franchises and manages 186 hotels in urban and coastal Mexico.
