Cleary Gottlieb Team Named Litigator of the Week Finalists for Representing Genesis

Cleary Gottlieb partners Luke A. Barefoot and Jane VanLare and counsel Andrew Weaver were selected as “Litigator of the Week” finalists by The American Lawyer’s Litigation Daily.

The team successfully represented Genesis in settling almost $4 billion in avoidance claims filed by FTX Trading Ltd., Alameda Research LLC, and their affiliates.
