Cleary Gottlieb Named 2022 IFLR Americas High-Yield Team of the Year

Cleary Gottlieb has been named International Financial Law Review (IFLR) Americas 2022 High-Yield Team of the Year at the publication’s annual Americas Awards.

The firm also advised on IFLR’s High-Yield Deal of the Year, representing YPF in its $2 billion exchange offer and consent solicitation.

Additionally, Cleary associate Ignacio Lagos was recognized as one of just three “Rising Stars of the Year – International Firm.”

The IFLR Americas awards celebrate legally innovative cross-border transactions across the Americas that “set precedents, broke new ground, added to the legal toolkit, and brought clarity to regulatory frameworks.”
