Cleary earned the following rankings:

  • No. 5 in the Out-of-Court Restructuring League Table – Counsel to Creditor (includes out-of-court restructurings globally that are ongoing or were completed in the last 12 months)
  • No. 5 in the Out-of-Court Restructuring League Table – Counsel to Distressed Company (includes out-of-court restructurings globally that are ongoing or were completed in the last 12 months)
  • No. 11 in the Bankruptcy League Table (advising on over $29 billion in liabilities; includes U.S. filings over the last 12 months)
