This is Italy’s first IPO of 2015. The IPO was launched on February 2, 2015, and the shares were admitted to trading on the MTA (Mercato Telematico Azionario), STAR Segment, of the Italian Stock Exchange starting February 16, 2015. The IPO comprised an offering of Banzai’s common stock to Italian and international institutional investors conducted in accordance with Rule 144A/Regulation S.
