América Móvil in Refinancing of $2.5 Billion Syndicated Revolving Credit Facility

Cleary Gottlieb represented América Móvil, as borrower, in connection with the refinancing of its $2.5 billion syndicated revolving credit facility, with BBVA México, S.A., Institución de Banca Múltiple, Grupo Financiero BBVA México as administrative agent for a syndicate of lenders.

The facility closed on February 13, 2024.
