Cleary Gottlieb partner Amélie Champsaur participated in the World Economic Forum’s Private Workshop on Mitigating Risks in the Innovation Economy.

Amélie spoke about building guidelines for liability, and she moderated a breakout session with attendees on developing principles for a liability regime between insurers, the public sector, infrastructure and technology providers, and consumers in the event of a cyber-attack on a smart grid.
