On Thursday, November 14, the Latin America group is hosting a breakfast seminar sponsored by Cleary Gottlieb and Mattos Filho, The New Brazilian Takeover Panel and Listed Company M&A in Brazil, which will address developments in the market and regulation of M&A for Brazilian listed companies. The seminar will be hosted in conjunction with the Brazilian-American Chamber of Commerce. Cleary Gottlieb partners Jeff Lewis and Benet O’Reilly will appear as speakers on the panel.
