19th Annual International Conference on Private Investment Funds

Cleary Gottlieb partners Michael Gerstenzang and Adrian Leipsic were panelists at the 19th annual International Conference on Private Investment Funds.

Michael spoke on a panel titled, “Passing the Torch: Governance and Economic Arrangements of a New Generation of Professionals at Alternative Asset Managers,” and Adrian spoke on a panel titled, “The Calculation and Presentation of Historical Investment Performance.”

The conference was presented by the IBA Private Investment Funds Subcommittee of the IBA Investment Funds Committee and the American Bar Association Business Law Section’s Federal Regulation of Securities Committee Hedge Funds Subcommittee.
