Cleary Gottlieb partner Adrian Leipsic participated in the Maples Investment Funds Forum 2025.

Adrian spoke on the panel, “Private Equity Trends and Perspectives.” The panel addressed the current private equity state of play, including private wealth fundraising trends and operational challenges, the expanded use of placement agents, product structuring innovations, the increased prevalence of regional funds, and related investor and investment considerations in light of the geopolitical landscape.
