The compensation offered to our lawyers is highly competitive in Italy.
The principles governing compensation of our partners are also applied to our associates. Thus, compensation is based on the seniority of the associate concerned and not linked to the achievement of specific performance criteria. In particular, we do not have any targets relating to hours or other quantitative measurements of associates’ achievements or commitment. We expect, however, each lawyer within the firm to give his or her best and to strive for excellence.
Associates also receive a number of customary benefits.
