The compensation offered to our lawyers is highly competitive in Germany.
The principles governing compensation of our partners are also applied to our associates. Thus, compensation is in general based on seniority and is not linked to the achievement of specific performance criteria. In particular, we do not have any targets relating to hours or other measurements of lawyers’ achievements or commitment. We expect, however, all our lawyers to give their best and to strive for excellence.
Associates also receive a number of customary benefits.
