The Firm supports flexible work arrangements – consisting of some time spent working remotely from your residence and some time working on-site at a Firm office – and believes this has the potential to create long-term, improved well-being and balance for its people, while providing business advantages to the Firm as a whole.
The Firm’s flexible work policy applies to most of its people after the successful completion of their first three months with the Firm. Most people who work full time may choose to work up to two days at home per week, although they are expected to be flexible about days and be able to attend the office with a day’s notice. Some roles may not be suitable for flexible work, and you should discuss your specific circumstances with HR during your application process.
