Xavier Quer

Xavier Quer’s practice focuses on EU competition law and digital markets regulation.

His experience includes abuse of dominance cases, merger control proceedings, antitrust counseling, and litigation before the EU courts. He also advises clients on the evolving digital regulatory landscape, including the EU Digital Markets Act.

Xavier joined the firm in 2021. From 2021-2023, he was resident in the Brussels office.
