Vladislav Miroshnichenko’s practice focuses on corporate and financial transactions, particularly public and private mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, domestic and international securities offerings, and corporate restructurings.
He also has experience in various regulatory matters, including competition and foreign investment law matters.
Vladislav has been named a “Rising Star” by The Legal 500 for his work in M&A.
Vladislav joined Cleary Gottlieb as an associate in 2016 after working there as a paralegal and stagiaire from 2012 to 2015. He was resident in the Brussels office from January through June 2015, and in the Abu Dhabi office from May 2022 through January 2023.
