Thomas Harbor’s practice focuses on EU competition law and foreign direct investment control.
Thomas’ experience includes merger control proceedings, anticompetitive agreements, abuse of dominance, State aid, and FDI filings. He holds French and British citizenships.
In addition to his law degree, Thomas holds master’s degrees in management and public policy.
Prior to joining the firm in 2022, Thomas worked in investment banking and strategy consulting at international firms in Paris, and as financial attaché at the French Embassy in Beijing, China.
He is the founding editor of What’s up EU, a weekly newsletter on European affairs.
