Spyros Drakopoulos

Spyros Drakopoulos’ practice focuses on EU competition law, intellectual property, and digital markets.
He joined the firm in 2024. Prior to that, Spyros served as a Litigation Service trainee at the EUIPO’s Luxembourg Office, focusing on intellectual property litigation before the Court of Justice of the EU. He also trained as a lawyer at the law firm of a distinguished law professor in Athens, gaining experience in public and EU law, and litigation.

triggerDeveloped the lecture: “The IP Procedure before the Boards of Appeal of EUIPO, the General Court, and the Court of Justice of the EU,” part of the Procedural EU Law course in the LL.M. program in European Law and Litigation at the University of Luxembourg.
