Sean Kim Kwon

Sean Kim Kwon’s practice focuses on financial institutions and federal and state bank regulatory matters.

Sean advises both U.S. and international financial institutions on a range of issues related to the Dodd-Frank Act and regulations promulgated thereunder including the Volcker Rule. He also advises clearinghouses on a variety of financial regulatory matters.
