He has experience representing clients across a broad range of sophisticated real estate matters, including joint ventures, acquisitions and dispositions, financings, and restructurings and settlements, as well as related foreclosures and receiverships.
Sam represents developers, operators, investment firms, financial institutions, special servicers, and other institutional clients in transactions throughout the U.S. involving multifamily, office, film studio, retail, hospitality and gaming, life sciences, residential, industrial, and condominium properties and portfolios.
Sam has also advised public companies and asset managers on complex real estate M&A transactions, including with respect to simultaneous joint venture transactions, sale-leasebacks, financing approvals, and diligence matters.
