Roger J. Benrubi’s practice focuses on corporate and contractual matters, ranging from mergers and acquisitions to license and other agreements.

He also has extensive experience in arbitration matters.

Roger joined the firm in 1962, became European Counsel in 1968, a partner in 1981 and counsel in 1997. Prior to joining the firm, he joined the staff of the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development in Washington in 1958.

He is also a member of the ICC Commission on Air Transport and is Chairman of the Harvard Law School Association of France.
