Robert Gruszecki
Practice Development Lawyer
Robert Gruszecki is responsible for maintaining and growing the knowledge base of the U.S. mergers and acquisitions practice through the promotion of information sharing, development of forms and practice guides, and monitoring of developments relevant to the mergers and acquisitions area.
He also serves as a resource for associates and assists in their development and training.
Robert joined the firm in 2005 and became a Knowledge Management Attorney in 2013. As an associate, his practice focused on corporate transactions, particularly public and private mergers and acquisitions.
