Robert Garden’s practice focuses on international arbitration, including commercial and investor-State disputes, and public international law.

He also frequently advises clients on matters related to sustainability and business and human rights.

Robert joined the firm in 2017 and was resident in the firm’s London office until 2019. He was resident in the firm’s Paris office until 2023 and rejoined the firm in 2024.
