Pierre J. Allegaert’s practice focuses on corporate and financial transactions, particularly mergers and acquisitions.

He is also active in the firm’s pro bono practice, primarily advising on small business and nonprofit matters.

Pierre joined the firm in 2019. He was resident in the New York office from 2019 to 2022.
