Parsa Tonkaboni’s practice focuses on all aspects of competition law and foreign direct investment control.
He has experience in EU and multi-jurisdictional merger control, antitrust investigations, cartels, and litigation before the Court of Justice of the European Union (CJEU). He has also worked on phase II merger control proceedings before the German Federal Cartel Office (Bundeskartellamt).
Parsa joined the firm in 2024. Prior to joining the firm, he practiced competition law at another international law firm in Brussels.
