Norian Watson’s practice focuses on real estate transactions, including construction financing, commercial mortgage securitizations, balance sheet loans, mezzanine financing, joint ventures, workouts, restructuring, acquisitions and sales, and related matters.

Her experience includes representation of lenders and borrowers in sophisticated financing transactions, including multi-asset portfolio transactions and intercreditor arrangements, across all major asset classes.
