Morten Werner’s practice focuses on corporate transactions, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, general corporate law, and employment law matters in Germany.
He has significant experience in advising financial and strategic investors across all sectors.
Morten also advises on German employment law matters, in particular on all employment law aspects of M&A transactions and corporate restructurings, as well as management contracts and their termination, employment litigation, and long-term incentive plans.
Morten joined the firm in 2021. Between 2018 and 2021, Morten was a stagiaire in the Cologne office.
