Morten von Haffenbrädl Kristiansen’s practice focuses on EU and Norwegian competition law.
Morten has experience with complex multijurisdictional transactions and proceedings before the Norwegian Competition Authority. Morten also regularly advises clients on antitrust rules of conduct and Norwegian FDI rules. Morten’s experience encompasses several industries, notably petroleum-based services- and supply markets, aquaculture, renewable energy and air travel.
Morten was seconded to the firm in 2024. Prior to his secondment to the firm Morten practiced competition law at a reputable Norwegian law firm since 2020.
