Laura Rickloff’s practice focuses on e-Discovery in complex civil litigation and government investigations.
As Senior Discovery Attorney, Laura’s practice includes the various aspects of discovery, including advising teams on defensible discovery protocols, collection, review, complex privilege analysis, and production processes for litigation and antitrust matters. Laura collaborates with the managing attorneys on the analysis of Electronically Stored Information (ESI) preservation, legal hold issues, and conduct custodian interviews. She has successfully managed large teams on documents reviews and productions in litigation and government matters.
Laura also works with other attorneys and eDiscovery technology service providers to use various eDiscovery analytical tools to more cost-effectively conduct large scale reviews.
Laura joined the firm in 2014.
