Kimia Vaye’s practice focuses on European and French competition law and foreign direct investment control. 

Kimia joined the firm in 2024. Prior to joining Cleary Gottlieb, Kimia gained experience at the Council of the European Union’s Directorate General for Competitiveness (COMPET.2), in the French ministerial cabinet for SMEs, as well as in Supreme Court litigation.
