Katherine M. Koza’s practice focuses on antitrust and structured finance.

She also maintains a diverse pro bono practice.

Katherine joined the firm in 2024. Prior to joining Cleary, she worked on consumer protection and privacy issues as an honors paralegal at the Federal Trade Commission.
