Julian Ried’s practice focuses on corporate and financial transactions.

He has a broad M&A and corporate advisory practice, with a focus on transactions involving UK and European public companies. He advises on public and private M&A and capital markets transactions for a range of corporate, private equity, and investment banking clients.

Julian joined the firm in 2023. Prior to joining Cleary, he was an associate at another international law firm.
