Jude Aufiero is a Senior Discovery Attorney in the firm’s Washington office.
Jude focuses on investigations and government enforcement matters, as well as structured finance transactions. Jude manages teams and processes throughout the discovery lifecycle, including document review and production, privilege issues and defense of privilege claims, and advocacy and deposition preparation. He works with Cleary attorneys, litigation support personnel, and outside e-discovery vendors, along with a variety of analytical tools, in order to provide efficient and cost-effective discovery.
Jude joined the firm in 2007.
