Jonathan Jakob Wilhelm Seebach

Jonathan Seebach’s practice focuses on tax law and corporate transactions.

He advises on all tax and corporate law aspects of reorganizations, and all tax aspects of international and national M&A and capital markets transactions. He regularly represents clients in tax controversy matters.

Jonathan joined the firm in 2020. From 2019 to 2020, he was a stagiaire in the Frankfurt office.
