John Brinitzer’s practice focuses on international capital markets transactions, as well as mergers and acquisitions.
John became a partner in 1999. He has been resident in the Paris office since 2000, after having split the first part of his career between New York (1990–1992, 1996–2000) and Paris (1992–1996).
