Joanna Roberts’ practice focuses on pan-European and international private equity and M&A transactions.

With over a decade of experience in private equity, Joanna’s clients include corporates, institutional investors, senior management teams, founders, and investee companies for both transactional and advisory matters.

Joanna has in-depth experience advising on a full range of transactions including leveraged buyouts, consortium deals, bolt-on acquisitions, carve-outs, co-investments, minority deals, divestments, joint ventures, reorganizations, and restructurings together with advising on general corporate matters.

Joanna joined the firm as counsel in 2024 from a leading UK law firm. She also spent 12 months on secondment serving as Assistant General Counsel at a leading pan-European private equity sponsor.
