Jérôme Hartemann
Senior Attorney
Jérôme Hartemann specializes in all aspects of employment law, especially in the context of cross-border and domestic public and private M&A.
Jérôme’s practice focuses on collective relationships with the personnel representatives (works council) and general individual employment. He has extensive experience with all labor and employment law matters in the context of corporate restructurings including the transfer of undertakings and matters relating to hiring and termination of senior executives. He lectured in employment law at the University of Paris I – Panthéon-Sorbonne for several years.
Jérôme joined the firm in 2014 and became a senior attorney in 2020. Prior to joining the firm, Jérôme was an associate in the Labor department of a full service French firm for two years and served as a senior associate in the Labor & Employment Department of an international law firm’s Paris office for more than four years.
