  • The Republic of Chad and various State-owned companies in parallel arbitrations over the alleged sale of ExxonMobil’s interests in Chad and Cameroon to Savannah and the subsequent nationalization.

  • Dexia in an ICC arbitration against Precision Capital over the purchase of BIL.
