  • The French State in the challenge against, and the motion for a suspension of, its acquisition of Electricité de France (EDF) through a friendly simplified public tender before the Paris Court of Appeals.

  • Royal Bank of Canada in the criminal proceedings for tax fraud arising out of the Wildenstein estate.

  • Capgemini in connection with the challenges of the €5 billion public tender offer over Altran before the Court of Appeals of Paris.

  • Successfully represented Mr. T, a citizen of Afghanistan, in his affirmative application for asylum in the United States.
