Jamal Fulton’s practice focuses on the organization and operation of private investment funds, including buyout, growth equity, venture capital, social impact, conduit, and hedge funds.

He represents private fund sponsors in co-investment, separate account, fund-of-one, joint venture, and other bespoke arrangements, and also represents limited partners in their investments in private funds. He maintains an active pro bono practice.

Jamal joined the firm in 2012 and became a partner in 2021. In 2014, he was resident in the London office.
