Jackie M. Brune’s practice focuses on investigations, enforcement, and related litigation matters.

Jackie represents private and public companies, securities trading firms, financial institutions, individual executives, and employees in internal and government investigations as well as in related civil litigation. Her recent work includes multiple matters involving the Securities and Exchange Commission and the Department of Justice.

Jackie joined the firm in 2021. She is a member of the firm’s Pro Bono Committee.
