Ilya Nekrasov’s practice focuses on corporate and financial transactions, including international securities offerings, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and corporate restructurings.
He also has experience in various regulatory matters, including competition and foreign investment law matters, as well as litigation and arbitration.
Ilya joined the London office of the firm in 2021. He was previously resident of the firm’s Moscow office where he worked as an associate from 2017 to 2020 and as a stagiaire and paralegal from 2013 to 2016.
