Hendrik M. Wendland’s practice covers all aspects of EU, German and UK competition law.
Hendrik’s experience includes advising on cartel, State aid, compliance and merger control matters as well as private damages litigation, representing clients across a range of industries. Hendrik regularly consults on the implementation of a variety of strategic partnerships ranging from purchasing and sustainability associations to complex high-tech R&D joint ventures.
Prior to joining the firm in 2023, Hendrik trained at a major international law firm, at the European Commission and the Cartel Chambers of the Higher Regional Court in Düsseldorf.
