Francesca Gesualdi’s practice focuses on domestic and international litigation and arbitration.
She regularly represents domestic and foreign clients in a wide range of disputes, including class actions, involving corporate, commercial, banking and financial matters, as well as bankruptcy and competition issues across numerous industries, including energy and media.
Francesca joined the firm in 2002. From 2002 to 2006 and from 2007 to 2012, she was resident in the Rome office. From 2006 to 2007 she was resident in the New York office.
