Frances Carpenter’s practice focuses on international litigation and arbitration.
Frances has represented corporates, financial institutions, and sovereigns in commercial arbitration and international litigation proceedings. She has acted in litigation proceedings before the High Court, Court of Appeal, and Supreme Court and in arbitration proceedings under the LCIA and ICC Rules.
Frances joined the firm in 2016 and spent six months in the firm’s Hong Kong office in 2018 and six months on secondment at a global financial institution in 2022.
