  • Keurig in active litigation alleging conspiracy and monopolization claims. Defeated preliminary injunction to block launch of Keurig’s 2.0 brewer, including successfully defending this win in the Second Circuit

  • Ahlstrom-Munksjö Oyj in its acquisition of Expera Specialty Solutions Holdings

  • Tempur Sealy in its $4 billion acquisition of Mattress Firm, its $665 million incremental amendment to its existing credit agreement and its new $1.65 billion credit facilities

  • Artémis, the Pinault family’s investment company and controlling shareholder of luxury group Kering, in its acquisition of a majority stake in CAA, previously held by global investment firm TPG

  • Confidential representation of a public company in relation to DOJ price fixing investigation into the generic pharmaceuticals industry

  • TPG in second request investigation relating to CAA’s $750 million acquisition of ICM Partners
