Elana Bronson’s practice focuses on individual clients and charitable organizations.
Her work includes matters relating to domestic and international estate, gift, and income tax planning; tax and property law aspects of trusts and estates; estate administration; closely held businesses; and matrimonial matters.
Elana has had extensive experience counseling ultra-high net worth clients in all aspects of their lives. She also has experience representing people in the real estate industry; advising expatriates from the United States, including in the establishment of offshore trusts; advising foreign nationals on inbound U.S. investments, and advising artists and charitable foundations.
Elana joined the firm in 2008, became a senior attorney in 2015, and became a partner in 2020.
