Delphine joined the firm in 2000, became counsel in 2008, and became a partner in 2022.

  • Google in a number of cases before French courts, including in the largest damages claim ever filed against it in Europe.

  • Veolia Environnement in several emergency and injunction proceedings relating to its €12.9 billion hostile bid for rival company Suez, to create the French world champion of ecological transformation.

  • Rothschild in a criminal and civil dispute brought by Scor against Covea and its former CEO, related to Covea’s attempt to take over Scor.

  • SuperSonic, a mobile game publisher and gaming studio based in Israel, in a litigation against a French competitor.

  • Fonterra in connection with a claim for damages on the basis of alleged failures leading to a massive product recall.

  • BNP Paribas in connection with tort claims.

  • Casa Tarradellas in its acquisition of a 60% stake in the Herta charcuterie and dough business from Nestlé.
