Daniel C. Reynolds’ practice focuses on domestic and international real estate transactions, including the financing, acquisition, and disposition of real property.
He has represented clients in the negotiation of joint ventures to acquire, finance, and develop office, retail, hotel, multifamily, and mixed-use properties throughout the United States, and he regularly advises both borrowers and lenders in mortgage and mezzanine financing transactions, including both securitized loans, balance sheet loans, bridge loans, and construction loans. He has also represented lenders and borrowers in the workout and enforcement of various financing structures, including mezzanine loan foreclosures.
Dan was an associate in the New York office from 2000 to 2001, rejoined the firm in 2011, and became a partner in 2017.

A leading global asset manager, as lender, in the mortgage and mezzanine construction financing of a major residential condominium conversion in New York City.
The lender in the origination of a CMBS mortgage loan to Orton Development in connection with the refinancing of the historic core of Pier 70 in San Francisco, a project that is also subject to historic tax credit financing.
The lender in the mortgage and mezzanine construction financing for 75 Howard, a luxury condominium in San Francisco.
A sovereign wealth fund, as borrower, in its $2.08 billion financing of a portfolio of 199 industrial properties located throughout the United States.
