Cindy Resnick’s practice focuses on commercial real estate transactions.
She represents major institutions, developers, private equity funds, servicers, and other real estate owners and investors in a broad range of real estate related transactions. These transactions include acquisitions and dispositions, corporate mergers and divestitures, and joint venture agreements.
Cindy also advises industry clients with respect to ground leases, leases, financings, restructurings, workouts, and deeds in lieu of foreclosure, across all types of real estate assets.
Cindy joined the firm as counsel in 2025 from another major international law firm.
